Fulfillment and refund policy

  • 1. Order Confirmation

    Once a payment is received, customers will receive a confirmation email with access details or a download link for digital materials (if applicable).

    2. Course Access

    For digital courses, access will be granted immediately upon successful payment. Any issues with access should be reported within 24 hours.

    3. Completion of Services

    Curriculum development or training services will be completed according to the timeline outlined in the service agreement. Updates will be provided regularly.

  • 1. Refunds for Digital Products

    Given the nature of our curriculum materials and digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued.

    2. Service-Based Refunds

    For custom curriculum development or training services, refunds are only issued if services have not yet commenced. Once service begins, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the completed portion of the project.

    Any issues with purchases or services should be reported to our support team. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly.
